Rainbow geodes have been treated to offer a variety of dyed hues which include blue, teal, pink and purple. The inside of these natural agate geode specimens from Morocco are covered with beautiful tiny, naturally terminated crystals and have a polished front.

These small geodes are composed of various forms of quartz. The inner core is commonly the crystaline variety, while the outer skin is made up of microcrystaline quartz or agate.
