1. Where is Aloya’s Little Ventures located?
We are based in Surrey, BC, Canada, and we operate online only. All of our products are carefully curated and shipped nationwide (within Canada and the United States).


2. Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical storefront at the moment. Aloya’s Little Ventures operates exclusively online, which allows us to offer a more personalized, curated experience for each of our customers. You can browse and shop our collections on our website anytime from the comfort of your home!


3. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Since some of our products, particularly our wellness line, are handmade to order, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and location.


4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on jewelry or wellness products once they’ve been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. You will need to provide proof of the damage (such as photos or videos), and we will either replace or refund your purchase.

For tarot readings, please note that if you miss your appointment and are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tarot reading, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your scheduled appointment and do not show up within 10 minutes, the session will be canceled, and no refund will be given.


6. What if my package arrives damaged?
If your jewelry or wellness product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require photos or videos of the damage to verify the issue. After verification, we will provide a return shipping label and offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada and the United States. Shipping fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.


8. Can I purchase your products outside Canada and the United States?
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. However, if you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

While many of our jewelry pieces are made with 925 sterling silver and stainless steel, we do offer a range of fashion jewelry that may not be suitable for sensitive ears. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend looking for our 925 sterling silver or stainless steel pieces, which are typically better for those with sensitive skin.
