As all of our wellness products and some of our jewelry are handmade and curated based on your order, we want to ensure you understand that this may take additional time for us to prepare before shipping. Please review our shipping terms below:


1. Shipping for Handmade Jewelry & Wellness Products:

  • Processing Time:
    Since all of our wellness products (such as ritual oils, bath soaks, and candles) and select jewelry are handmade and curated based on orders, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. This time allows us to carefully craft your items to meet our high-quality standards.

  • Shipping Method:
    We use reliable carriers to ship all of our products. The available shipping options and rates will be presented at checkout based on your location.

  • Shipping Cost:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping fee before finalizing your order.

  • Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can track the status of your order.


2. Shipping for Tarot Readings:

  • No Shipping Required:
    Since tarot readings are virtual, there is no shipping associated with this service. After booking your reading, you will receive an email with the session details, including your scheduled time and the virtual meeting link.

3. Damaged Items During Shipping:

  • Damage or Defects:
    We take great care to ensure that your items are well-packaged and protected during shipping. However, in the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:
    • Clear photos or videos of the damage.
    • Your order number and proof of purchase.
    Once we verify the damage, we will issue a refund or replacement and cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Responsibility After Delivery:
    Aloya’s Little Ventures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
    We recommend tracking your package to ensure safe delivery. If you have concerns, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

5. International Shipping:

  • Available Regions:
    We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you are located outside of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    We accept returns for damaged or defective products, but we require proof (photos or video) to verify the issue.

  • No Returns or Exchanges:
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wellness products or jewelry once they have been opened or used.

  • Tarot Readings:
    Tarot readings are virtual and must be attended on time. If you miss your appointment, it will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
