Return & Exchange Policy

1. Jewelry & Wellness Products:

At Aloya's Little Ventures, we take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and wellness products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry or wellness products, including ritual oils, bath soaks, candles, or any personal care items.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. We require that you provide proof of the damage or defect (e.g., photos or video) to verify the issue. Once we receive the proof, we will guide you on the next steps.

Returns for Damaged Goods:

  • We only accept returns for damaged or broken products. The damaged items must be returned to our store.
  • Please make sure to take clear photos or videos of the damage and share them with us when contacting us about the return.
  • We will cover the shipping cost for returning a damaged item and provide a replacement or refund for the damaged goods.

No Exchanges or Returns:

  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept exchanges or returns for any wellness or jewelry products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
  • If you have any questions about a product, please reach out to us before purchasing to ensure that it meets your needs.

2. Tarot Readings:

Appointment Cancellations & Missed Appointments:

  • If you miss your scheduled tarot reading, please note that we have a strict 10-minute grace period. If you do not show up within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your session will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your virtual tarot reading, as we operate on a strict schedule.

Rescheduling a Tarot Reading:

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your session without rescheduling or contacting us, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
